Well, the challenge has ended and our final dog count is 35. We fell well short of our goal but nevertheless, we learned a whole lot during this challenge. Something important we learned is that 68 is a whole lotta dogs! Another is that neither of us really likes hot dogs that much. Next time we'll choose a food we both love.
